Shipping Information - (For All ordering methods: Online, Fax, Mail, Phone) All orders are shipped FOB from our Austin, Texas and/or Exeter, PA and/or Daleville, VA warehouses. Freight charges are based on package weight and destination. Over sized and dimensional sized boxes and heavy weight are subject to additional charges add 10% of product cost. Shipping charges are billed at close to actual weight. All Used Products will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of time that order was placed unless you ordered on a weekend or a USA holiday and those orders will go out on the next business day.

Please do not assume ground shipments will leave same day. We ship within 7-9 business days from the date of your order.   Please note: UPS calculates weekdays only in determining transit times. For any selection other than standard ground delivery, customers should call after placing orders to confirm availability of special services.  We are not responsible for delivery times nor late deliveries. If you have a special event or deadline you may want to advise us to insure an on time delivery.  Please allow sufficient time when ordering.  We make every effort to get your goods to you when YOU want them. The map below is a basic frame of delivery from both UPS and USPS. Please allow sufficient time when ordering. Shipping: Most items in stock are shipped within 72 hours. We try to keep a full stock on hand at all times, sometimes for reasons out of our control an item will be temporarily unavailable. There is no extra shipping charge for back ordered items. We are a traditional mail order company. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks to receive your order before you send email. This case only happens when we have an "back-order" on an item -- you'll be notify if this is the case.

Our major shipping methods are FED - EX  and Priority Mail through the U.S. Post Office. Due to the recent hike in United Parcel Service prices, we try to not use unless you check for the service at the time you check out. We are sending packages over 10 lb by Fed-Ex. All other packages will be shipped by  U.S. Post Office. 

When We Receive Your Order into our database and begin to process it immediately.  Most orders ship within 7 to 9 days after confirmation of payment. Unless, that product is on 'Backorder' at which time we'll contact you.   Pay securely with any major credit card through our Shopping Cart or choice Pay Pal/Storm Pay for your purchases.  Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can then once again login to your account and review all the information pertaining to any order you've ever placed.  This will include such information as: This Service Is Down At this time

You can then Track Your Package directly from your email. We will forward this unique Tracking Number to your email to insure you the merchandise was shipped and is on its way.  You can in turn visit the UPS Website or UPSP Website to monitor the progress of their own shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.
