Return Policy and Our Guarantee

Although we hope each and every item delivered to every customer will be received in perfect condition, naturally there is no way to guarantee this.  We take great pride in the methods we use to package your merchandise, and inspect all contents before it leaves our warehouse. 

All merchandise in our inventory is guaranteed for your 100% satisfaction, however we are not responsible for the shipping and handling charges accrued for returning merchandise.  We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of you.

You can process all claims and/or returns by filing a Return Authorization Claim Form.  Once processed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number for the merchandise. Be sure to clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and also include a brief note in the package regarding the reason for the return. You can return the merchandise immediately. The return address for either of our warehouses will be provided on the shipping label when mailed to you. 

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will then issue a complete refund/credit for the purchase price of the item(s) or send a replacement in a timely manner. 

IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage all customers ship all returns either UPS or USPS Mail.  In addition, we do recommend that all customers ship their returns with a confirmation of receipt.  This can be accomplished by requesting a "Signature Required" when shipping UPS or "Delivery Confirmation" through the US Postal Service.  We want to be sure that all returns receive proper credit once received.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All claims must be filed within 3 business days of receipt of your merchandise. 
  • Thrifty Trends™ a division of  V & V Productions, LLC  reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed and/or if you did not follow the policy for RETURNs
  • All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received.  Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping their merchandise.
  • All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
  • We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of yours. 
  • Candy, Food or Flowers Products are non returnable.
  • If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log, or you may lose your right to make claim with the delivery company. Claims for shortages in packing must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
